Shipping Information
Orders are typically delivered within approximately one week from the date of shipment, depending on your location. In some cases, delivery may occur sooner. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Return Policy
Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window starting from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original packaging with tags attached

In the same condition as received

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or do not pass our quality check will not be eligible for exchange. In such cases, the item will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us through the Contact tab on our website. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, which must be paid before the label is issued.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Lost Returns or Incorrect Return Address
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or returns sent to the wrong address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is shipped to the correct return address provided after the exchange request is approved.

Packages sent without approval or to any other location (including old addresses or unrelated facilities) will not be eligible for processing.

We cannot retrieve items sent to incorrect addresses.
International Orders
We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Processing Your Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your replacement will be shipped out promptly.
